Funding generated from donations to NCASLD covers expenses associated with the following:

• research on highly effective education methods and proven leadership practices
• conferences with education leaders in North Carolina to explore best methods to improve school leadership;
• communications, seminars and training sessions with principals and assistant principals, superintendents, and other school leaders to improve public school leadership and administration;
• ongoing analysis of all activities of to gauge effectiveness.​

NCASLD has contracted with the North Carolina Association of School Administrators (NCASA) and its core affiliates, the North Carolina Principals and Assistant Principals Association (NCPAPA) and the North Carolina School Superintendents Association (NCSSA), to implement grants NCASLD has received for the professional development of school leaders. You can reach us via NCASA – give us a call.
